If your order is missing items or contains damaged parts, please reach out with a ticket and indicate what is missing or what is broken. If the item is in stock, we will ship replacements as soon as possible. If the item is not in stock, you will receive a refund for this portion of your order.

To help our quality control, we request photos of damaged parts so we can track these defects.
